October 1, 2007

DOWN/ex-PANTERA frontman Phili Anselmo will be the featured guest on tonight's (October 1/2) installment of BBC Radio 1's "Rock Show". The program, which is hosted by Daniel P. Carter, airs Monday nights/Tuesday mornings between 12:00 midnight and 2:00 a.m. local U.K. time (7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. EST). You can listen to the show live on the Internet at this location. A snippet of the interview (which was pre-recorded) is available for download here.

DOWN held a release party for its new album, "III - Over the Under", on Tuesday (September 25) at the The Plush Lounge at The Key Club in Hollywood, Califoria. The entire group attended the event, as did former BIOHAZARD frontman Evan Seinfeld and video director Dean Karr, among many others. Check out photos at DirtJunior.com.

"III - Over the Under" was released on September 25 through ILG/Warner Music Group (one day earlier internationally via Roadrunner Records).

As previously reported, four new DOWN songs — "N.O.D.", "Never Try", "I Scream" and "On March The Saints" — have been posted on the group's MySpace page. "I Scream" is also available for streaming at this location (Windows Media).

"III - Over the Under" was issued in Europe as a limited-edition digipack CD featuring the bonus track "Invest in Fear".
